  • Return Inspection: Upon receiving your returned package, we will inspect the charm(s) to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will proceed with a refund or exchange as requested. If the return is rejected (e.g., item is damaged or missing packaging), we will notify you via email and return the item(s) to you at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for eligible returns (as outlined in Section 3) or canceled orders (as outlined in Section 1). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved or your order is canceled by us, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
